Have you ever wanted to try your hand at a manual typewriter? Want to practice your poetry-on-demand skills? Join Tony Brewer for this drop-in type-in! Age 16 and up.
Typewriters will be provided, but if you have one, bring it! This casual gathering of manual typewriting enthusiasts will include sharing of typewriter lore; tips on cleaning, feeding, repairing, and maintaining these beloved infernal machines; speed and accuracy typing competitions; and an opportunity to make poetry on demand for your fellow attendees.
