Calling all new and expecting caregivers! Join us for our Community Baby Shower. Take home new baby supplies, discover our early literacy offerings, find community support, and play games! All ages.
New and expecting caregivers and their families and friends are invited to attend MCPL's first-ever Community Baby Shower!
Receive brand-new and unused baby supplies, learn more about MCPL early literacy programs, and discover community resources that can help support you and your growing family. Play games, take free maternity photos, and enjoy light refreshments. Car seat inspections and free, safe car seats are available from community partners, but they require registration. Otherwise, no registration is required to attend the event.
Would you like to donate any new and unused baby items, like diapers, wipes, and formula? Bring your donations to the Children's Department at the Downtown Library from August 9–29. We'd also love to have you join us Thursday, August 7, as we crochet baby hats for the shower.
